It’s been about a week since the Infringement Incident, and I’m sad to say everyone here at SlapSad is still a bit discombobulated. But, the legal team has decided that there’s a pretty good chance the Quotemanteaux postcard in question was infringing, and that it’s just not worth going to bat against a big brand with big bucks.
However, all is not lost. This hardship has forced SlapSad to rethink Quotemanteaux – and now, plans are in the making for a sequel. Stay tuned for “part deux”!
In the meantime, I’m happy to introduce Nope Postage, the Nope Card‘s perforated namesake (and SlapSad’s second stamp release, after Plainclothes Postage). This sticky little must-have boasts the same blast-from-the-past design – Egyptienne Zierinitialien on a rosy brown background – but the whole thing’s been rotated 45 degrees to add effect and confuse the spiders. Used in tandem, these two products guarantee maximum redundancy and negativity.
Ready to say “Nay” in a new way? Order your Nope Postage today!
