Well, it’s been awhile since our last Scratch ‘n’ Imagine release, but with the fast approach of Hallowe’en, we thought we’d give you SlapSadders something extra-special to hand out to the kids instead of boring ol’ candy from strangers. So today, I’m happy to introduce SlapSad’s brand-new The Smell of Evil funny postcard! The Creatives put a lot of work into this design. Please buy it so we can stop harvesting them one by one for food and life energy.
As Carl so eloquently put it in his presentation this morning as we brunched on the body and blood of a Creative, this postcard is certain to remind even the boldest and most indestructible of youths that evil is everywhere and they will eventually have to face it, perhaps sooner than later! And that even though today is only the first day of fall, there are evil people in this world who are already playing Christmas music. (Kill them.) And, of course, that candy is evil and will probably kill us all. Was there something else? I feel like I’m forgetting something really, really evil he talked about. (Kill them.) Well, no matter.
Sometimes it’s hard for children to remember that the whole point of Hallowe’en is death and the various evils associated with it. But when you have a postcard like this one in your hands, it’s easy! Just scratch, take a big sniff, and let your imagination knock you out cold with the smell of evil.
In case kids don’t get the message, the verso has the text “You’re gonna die” in the lower left corner for clarification. Most of us here at SlapSad feel that is a very clear message, although personally I didn’t really think it needed to be in uppercase. What’s the point in shouting at people who are already doomed? You might as well scream at a kid who’s choking to death on a Tootsie Roll for wasting candy.
* Editor’s note: Kill them.
